Processing Time
Please allow 1 - 5 business days as processing time before your order is shipped, unless otherwise stated. An email notification with your tracking number (if applicable) will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options
All orders are sent through Canada Post or Chit Chats from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Untracked shipping is available for flat items (e.g. stickers and prints) to keep costs low for customers. Tracked shipping will be required for non-flat items (e.g. washi tapes, memo pads, and sticker books). Please note that we do not replace or refund lost orders without tracking.
