Shipping

Please allow 1 - 5 business days as processing time before your order is shipped, unless otherwise stated. 

Untracked shipping is available for flat items (e.g. stickers and prints) to keep costs low for customers. Tracked shipping will be required for non-flat items (e.g. washi tapes, memo pads, and sticker books). Please note that we do not replace or refund lost orders without tracking. 

For international orders (outside Canada), customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or custom fees charged by their country.
